  My parents are customers of this insurance office. My mother had a car accident while my father was under hospice care for cancer. I called and left them a message and when we didn't hear back from them for 2 days, called them again. Their policy provided for a rental car, and we wanted to get one ASAP. We were told that the adjustor only comes to the office once a week and would have to wait till next week. I explained our situation and that waiting a week or more for a rental car was not acceptable. After calling the dealership back 3 more times to get a response, the adjustor called us the next afternoon and sent us to the local GM dealership to pick up our rental. After a 45 minute trip there, we were told that they didn't have a car and that they had already told the adjustor that. I called the adjustor and he accused the dealership of lying and got very curt with me for complaining about the inconvenience. We stopped by the office to complain and were told that they usually use Enterprise Car Rental, over an hour in the opposite direction, and did not know why the adjustor had sent us to the GM dealership in the first place. When I told the receptionist that this was very inconvenient since my Dad was dying from cancer and we had to leave my 13 year old son to watch him while we made this wasted trip, she chuckled and said, "Yep, we haven't seen him (my Dad) in here for a while." We finally were able to get the rental car the next day, almost a week after the accident. If I had not pushed the issue, it would have been a week longer.
